Dave started in the LA and Sacramento Area bar and restaurant scene before jumping into the growing culinary trends in Sacramento. He has since created a sausage company that quickly gained popularity being sold at local sports arenas and restaurants. Josh was born into the restaurant business, with his family owning many restaurants and food trucks throughout his early life. Following in the family trend, he started a restaurant consulting and marketing firm and helped many small family owned restaurants build a marketing presence in their local areas.
